An Ironton man will serve prison time for breaking and entering.
Brent Bell, 36, of 537 Coal Bank Hollow, Ironton, pleaded guilty to possession of criminal tools and breaking and entering Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.
Judge Charles Cooper sentenced Bell to 12 months in prison for each charge. The sentences will be served concurrently for a total of 12 months.

Rickey E. Winters, 51, of 417 Solida Road, South Point, pleaded not guilty to grand theft, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and vandalism.
Winters, along with co-defendant Gary Bruce Thompson, are accused of breaking into the Tackle Box in South Point.
Cooper set bond at $50,000 cash or surety or $80,000 real property and set a pretrial for June 15.
Wayne Freeman, 47, of 61 Township Road 84W, Willow Wood, pleaded not guilty to improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation or school.
Lawrence County Assistant Prosecutor said the charge was a re-indictment on a separate charge that allegedly occurred during the same incident as before.
Cooper ordered that a bond posted on another indictment would stand good for the new charge.
A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 24.
