Sheriff’s office

Domestic — Fayette Township Friday, woman reportedly choked, man reportedly menaced with potato peeler, Jessica Wormington, 18, and Paul Pritchard, 31, both of 1427 Township Road 250, Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.

Ironton police

Trouble — 200 block Vernon Street Tuesday, person causing trouble left prior to officer’s arrival.

Attempted theft — Ironton High School construction site, Ninth and Heplar streets Tuesday, tools reportedly targeted.

Stolen vehicle — Ironton Hills Shopping Center Tuesday, 2005 dark green Ford F-50 truck taken, truck had Ohio volunteer firefighter tag.
