Phyllis Sharon Keeney, 77, of Kitts Hill, died Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Burial will follow the service in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
