14 people indicted by grand jury

The Lawrence County grand jury returned 14 indictments in December and most of the charges are related to drugs or identity fraud.

People indicted and their charges include:

• Rose M. Nobel, 39, Ironton, third-degree felony illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.

• Logan W. Fleming, 24, Kitts Hill, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.

• Jordan Henson, 23, Huntington, West Virginia, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony having weapons while under disability and fourth-degree felony improperly handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

• Christopher Scott Winemiller, 41, South Point, fourth-degree felony disrupting public services, first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence and fifth-degree felony identity fraud.

• Philip Walton Ford Cazad, 20, South Point, fifth-degree breaking and entering.

• David A. Jackson, 33, Ironton, fourth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and third-degree felony tampering with evidence.

• Wesley A. Earls, 36, Chesapeake, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.

• Randy E. Roy II, 26, Proctorville, third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

• William J. Jervis, 33, Ashland, Kentucky, third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

• Sarah G. Cole, 30, Ironton, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compounds.

• Cody Lee Miller, 24, Ironton, fourth-degree felony failure to appear.

• Justin L. Chmielewski, 37, Wayne, West Virginia, fourth-degree felony failure to appear.

• Christopher L. Smith, 48, Proctorville, third-degree felony identity fraud.

• Kenneth, R. Johnson, 40, Ashland, Kentucky, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
