HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A cat-themed art show drew visitors to the Huntington Ale House on Saturday.
Dozens of paintings by artist Robbie Poore lined the second floor of the business, featuring the felines in a number of art styles, for the show, “All You Need is Meow,” while a playlist of cat themed songs could be heard in the background.
Poore, who is the owner of eight cats (which were all represented on his tshirt), said the pieces represent about three years of work. He had pieces for sale and was taking commissions for works.
He is planning another show in April, featuring “junk art.”
Moore information on Poore’s work can be found at BackwardsArrr on Facebook and Instagram.
