The Portsmouth Lady Trojans continued their dominance.

The Lady Trojans remained unbeaten on the season and in the Ohio Valley Conference with a 59-21 win over the Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers on Thursday.

Portsmouth (16-0, 10-0) jumped out to a 20-7 first quarter lead as Keke Woods scored 5 points, Daysha Reid and Hayven Carter 4 each and Sienna Allen hit a 3-pointer.

Lola Hankins hit a 3-pointer and sank 2 free throws while Lexi McCall added a basket for Ironton.

The Lady Trojans extended the lead to 31-16 at the half as Allen hit another triple while Reid and Carter scored 4 points each.

Peyton Deer made a trifecta with Addison Neal and McCall adding baskets for the Lady Tigers.

Portsmouth outscored Ironton 9-2in the third quarter and the lead was 40-18.

The Lady Trojans then blitzed Ironton 19-3 in the fourth quarter as Savannah Cantrell made a pair of 3-pointers while Salem Allen, Reid and Carter also made treys with Siena Allen and Salem Allen adding baskets.

Reid scored 15 points and Siena Allen and Woods 9 points each to lead Portsmouth.

Lola Hankins scored 8 to pace Ironton (6-10, 3-6).
