PROCTORVILLE — The Village of Proctorville hosted their annual Christmas parade on Thursday.
The event, which took place on State Street, the main route through the village, featured Santa Claus, the Grinch, students from Fairland High School, local businesses and entrants from Proctorville, as well as neighboring Chesapeake and Rome Township.
The village has hosted the event since 2001 and it has grown each year to this year, Mayor Bill Elliott said.
