Debra Ann Sparks, 65, of South Point, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024 at her residence, surrounded by her loved ones

She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Sparks

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
