Jackie Lee Blake, 76, of South Point, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, LaDonna Blake.

Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
