William J. Bailey, 90, of Lesage, West Virginia, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, at his residence.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, is assisting the family.
