Lucian Manns

Lucian Dale Manns, 84, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2024, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Coffman Manns.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Chesapeake. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Proctorville VFW Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites.

The visitation will be 6–8 p.m. Friday at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Chesapeake.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
