William Hoard Jr. died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024.

Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Young Chapel Church, Huntington, West Virginia, with Rev. David Wade officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
