Richard “Dick” William Webb, 74, of Franklin Furnace, died Friday, July 12, 2024, at River Run Healthcare Center in Franklin Furnace.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery, with Rev. Brent Cavendish officiating.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. at the church

Arrangements are under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
