Phyllis Kay Hawthorne, 84, of Chesapeake, died Sunday Dec. 3, 2023, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

A Celebration of Life will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
