Jacob Patrick Wheeler, 24, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church of Proctorville at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
