Charles Frog Burns, 87, of Proctorville, died Tuesday Oct. 24, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Cora Burns.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Guyan Creek Church in Glenwood, West Virginia. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in Guyan Creek Cemetery, Glenwood.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
