Two Lawrence County schools let out early on Thursday because of rising water from early winter showers.

The Rock Hill schools dismissed at 12:30 p.m. and Symmes Valley schools dismissed at 1 p.m. because of rising water possibly interfering with school buses safely transporting students home.
