Tomma D. Lewis

SCOTTOWN — Tomma D. Lewis, 86 of Scottown, passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010 at Hospice of Huntington.  She was born April 11, 1924, the daughter of the late Lon and Evelyn Thompson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Lewis; one grandson, J.D. Coffman; one sister, June Humphrey; and two brothers, Bill Thompson and Lon (Bud) Thompson.  Tomma was a member of Perkins Ridge Missionary Baptist Church.

She retired from the Symmes Valley School District.  She is survived by three daughters, Janet Woodard of South Point; Nelrose Coffman and her husband Charles of Ironton, and Kimberly Lewis and her husband Mac Davis of South Point; one son, Keith Lewis and his wife Debbie of Ironton; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at the Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Todd Warner.  Burial will follow in Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood.  Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
