I Have just been informed that Ironton is entitled to a grant from the federal government for streets — pennies on the dollar for the streets, but the mayor has turned it down.

Is this true?

If yes, than why? If not, than they need to apply for a grant to fix the streets.

The streets are in bad shape. I need new tires because of the streets in Ironton.
