PORTSMOUTH — The Portsmouth Buffalo Wild Wings will host a sendoff party for the Shawnee State women’s basketball team on Sunday beginning at 3 p.m.
The party is being held to wish good luck to the SSU women’s basketball team as they head to Billings, Montana to play in the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball National Championship, presented by Wells Fargo.
The party will begin at 3 p.m., and everyone is welcome to help wish the Bears luck.
Shawnee State will play on Thursday against William Woods (Mo.) at 6:30 p.m.
Fans will be able to watch all of SSU’s tournament games at Buffalo Wild Wings, or at Jazzman’s Café on the campus of Shawnee State University, or at home via NAIA Network at this link: https://www.naianetwork.com/.
The NAIA charges $9.95 for one day of the tournament, or $29.95 for the whole tournament.
