Sheriff’s reports
Corrupting another with drugs — Pike Street, Coal Grove Thursday, woman allegedly asked daughter to smoke marijuana or take a pill, then told girl she would tell lies about her if she did not. Suspect named.
Domestic violence — 7600 block of State Route 217, Scottown, man allegedly assaulted family members. James. E. Lewis, 1953, of 7698 State Route 217, Scottown, arrested and taken to jail.

Suspicious vehicle — 1:29 a.m. 1900 block of North Fourth Street, Wednesday, Black S-10 circling the block. Negative contact, will add patrols in the area.
Vandalism — 400 block of South Fourth Street, 12:53 p.m. Wednesday, car keyed.
Hit/skip — 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, car is damaged. Information filed for report.
Threats — 1:16 p.m. Wednesday, North Second Street, caller threatened in front of son.
Trouble — 1000 block of North Fifth Street, 1:19 p.m. Wednesday, man allegedly drunk in a driveway cursing. Subjects advised.
Threats — 700 block of Mastin Avenue, Wednesday, man allegedly banging on door, following caller. Threats added to log.
Suspicious person — 1800 block of South Eighth Street, 8:34 p.m., man there that shouldn’t be. Parties advised, daughter let boyfriend in.
Threats — 12:25 a.m. Thursday, person receiving phone threats. Added to log.
Trouble — 3:18 p.m. Park Avenue Carry Out Thursday, two men fighting in the drive-thru. Subjects left prior to arrival.
Breaking and entering — 2000 block of South Third Street, 3:30 p.m. Thursday, need an officer at the old Shake Shoppe location. Several items brought to station.
Lost wallet — 4 p.m., person lost wallet downtown. Log only.
Suspicious activity — Sixth Street and Park Avenue, 8:06 p.m. Thursday, two men allegedly trying to pull open front doors at business. Appears secure.
Domestic — 200 block of Mastin Avenue 11:39 p.m. Thursday – man and a woman allegedly fighting. Four people taken to hospital.
Domestic — man from the previous domestic call reportedly running down the street. Subject taken to hospital.
Trouble — 12:55 p.m. Bryants Group Home. having trouble with a couple of men, need officer. Subjects advised.
Drug activity — Sixth Street and Park Avenue, 2:54 p.m. Friday, man allegedly snorting pill in car. Two males to station.
Domestic — 300 block of Chestnut Street, 4 p.m. Friday, man allegedly beat wife. Information for report.
Domestic — man from above call back. Taken to sheriff’s office.
Assault — 8:57 p.m., child possibly assaulted. Child services took information and will make initial contact.
Threats — Third Street 10:05 p.m., woman allegedly chasing person with knifes. Subject does not want press charges. Negative contact.
Hit/skip — 10:18 p.m. Friday, man allegedly backed into car and then left. Information filed for report.
