Thomas Earl Boggs, 62, of Proctorville, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016, at home. He was born Feb. 1, 1954, in Huntington, West Virginia, son of Betty Turley, of Proctorville, and the late Robert Boggs.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Boggs; and a brother, Wayne Boggs.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Christine Abram, of Huntington, West Virginia; three brothers, William (Judy) Boggs, of Scottown, Robert (Patricia) Boggs, of Proctorville, and Paul Callicoat, of Proctorville; three sisters-in-law, Rhonda Boggs and Robin Henderson; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Madeline Sue Castro, 70, of South Point, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Larry Castro.

Clifford Lee Marquardt, 79, of South Point, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, at Rivers Bend Health Care, South Point. He is survived by his wife, Paula Marquardt.

Phillip Daniels

Phillip Gail Daniels, 81, of Ironton, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen (Jenkins) Daniels.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with Dr. Scott Frisbie and pastor Roger Pierce officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Wilgus, Ohio with military rites provided by VFW Post 8850.

Rocky Risner

Rocky Ogden Risner, 69, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Bayless Risner.
A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. today at Bailey Family Funeral Home, Flatwoods, Kentucky, with the Rev. Lloyd L. Bailey officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Northeast Greenup County, Kentucky.
