There’s nothing powdery or puffy about this game.
The annual Ironton High School “Powder Puff” game will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Tanks Memorial Stadium as the ladies forget their manners and leave their fingernail polish in the locker room.
The seniors and freshmen will face the juniors and sophomores in a benefit game with proceeds going to the student council’s Christmas Food Basket giveaway.
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students.
For further information, contact Missy Fields, guidance counselor, at the high school.
