Theft, criminal trespass — 40 block Township Road 1485, South Point, Aug. 10, leaf blower taken without permission; leaf blower returned and suspect allegedly admitted to trespassing and taking it; Tyler Ruggles, 26, of 43 Private Drive 121 Township Road 616, South Point, cited to court.

Assault — A private drive off Township Road 1148, Proctorville, Aug. 10, woman allegedly pushed another woman; Deborah Pemberton, 65, of 335 Township Road 1534, Proctorville, cited to court.

Breaking and entering — A private drive off County Road 15, South Point, Aug. 2, weedeater taken from shed.

Theft — 1300 block State Route 775, Proctorville, Aug. 3, license plate taken from vehicle.

Rape — Unknown location, Aug. 5, woman alleged man would not stop having sex with her when she told him to stop; victim did not know suspect’s full name.

Rape — Tenth Street, Ironton, Aug. 8, woman reported that her 4-year-old daughter alleged her father had been sexually assaulting her.

Breaking and entering — 1100 block County Road 19, Kitts Hill, Aug. 9, various tools and electrical equipment taken from garage.
