So many times in life, we hear and see first-hand of beautiful people who always go the extra mile for everyone. Let me tell you, as one such person is Ronnie West, former South Point mayor.

His wife is a resident at Heartland nursing home. This man does so much for everyone, always caring for his wife, but he reaches out to each of the residents as well.

He helps in the dining room, sets the tables, puts the bibs on the residents, takes them to and from their rooms, mails our mail for us.

Ronnie is truly one of God’s special angels. If you ask why he does all this, his answer is simple. “I’m just doing God’s works.”

May God keep him in his care always.
