Merrill William “Bill” Neal, 71, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, in Hurricane, West Virginia. Bill was born April 17, 1943, in Ironton, a son of the late Merrill E. and Irene N. (Bryant) Neal.

Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Thursday.

Pauline Sanders, 93, of Montgomery, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at Meadowbrook Care Center, Cincinnati. Arrangements are pending at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home.
