William Edward “Ed” Kimble, 52, husband to Teresa Kay Kimble, of South Point, died Wednesday, Dec.10, 2008, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born Aug. 4, 1956, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He was a graduate of Reynoldsburg High School and was self employed for 30 years with Grass Masters Professional Lawn Care Service.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Smith Kimble.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his father, Charles H. Kimble, of South Point; a brother, Jack Kimble, of South Point;
three children, Jessica Hatten, of South Webster, Thomas Tennison and Kenneth Tennison, both of Coal Grove, and five grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Miller officiating. Friends may call 2-3:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
