FLATWOODS, Ky. — Judith E. Hempel Smith, 36, of Flatwoods, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at the Community Hospice Care Center. She was the wife of Matthew Sean Smith, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home.
