Hildreth Beatrice “Bea” Fraley, 92, of Ironton, died Thursday, June 4, 2009, at Jo-Lin Health Center.
She was born Oct. 22, 1916, in Soldier, Ky., a daughter of the late George and Bettie Anderson.
She was a member of Community of Christ Church in Ironton, where she was a Sunday School teacher and choir member. She was also a past president of Church Women United.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Lon Fraley Jr.; her sons, Wynn and Roger Fraley; her sisters, Minnie Belle DeHart, Flossie Stull, Neola Anderson and Justine Brown; a daughter-in-law, Judy Fraley and two granddaughters.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky (Jeff) Dillow; sons, Steve (Janet) Fraley, John Fraley, Lon (Betty) Fraley III and Max (Kathy) Fraley; 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
