ASHLAND, Ky. — Walter Archie Fulford, 61, of Ashland, died Sunday, June 21, 2009, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland . He was the husband of Jennifer Hall Fulford, who survives. Services will be noon Wednesday at Preston Family Funeral Home with Brother Jack Parsons officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
