WURTLAND, Ky. — Fern Gibbs Short, 76, of Wurtland, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Palmer Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
