IRONTON —Two alleged drug traffickers were arrested Thursday as a result of secret indictments handed down by a Lawrence County grand jury.

Gary Stephens, 45, of 461 Township Road 1055, Proctorville, was arrested at his home by the Lawrence Drug and Major Crimes Task Force.

The man was charged with four fourth-degree counts of trafficking in oxycodone.

Massey Vanderbilt, 38, 1312 Beverly Blvd., Ashland, Ky., was arrested at a bar on South Third Street in Ironton.

She was charged with four fifth-degree counts of trafficking in cocaine.

The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Brigham Anderson is the implementing agency for the task force.
