Domestic violence — 80 block Township Road 1484, Chesapeake, Nov. 19, boy alleged father threatened to kill him; father allegedly denied the threats via telephone with deputy; deputy was unsuccessful at making contact with suspect.

Burglary, breaking and entering, vandalism — 17000 block State Route 243, Chesapeake, Nov. 15, man reported his vacant home broken into; aluminum siding taken from outside of house; items taken from home and outbuilding.

Menacing — Township Road 1022, South Point, Nov. 16, 13-year-old girl alleged two boys about her age said they were going to rape her; negative contact with other juveniles.

Burglary — 100 block Township Road 1280, Proctorville, Nov. 16, jewelry taken from residence.

Felonious assault, endangering children — Country Hearth Inn, South Point, Nov. 17, woman alleged boyfriend assaulted her while she was holding their 3-month-old child; she alleged the man threw a knife at her; Bart Bland, 25, of 74A Township Road 1436, South Point, arrested.

Burglary — 2300 block State Route 775, Proctorville, Nov. 11, bedroom ransacked, jewelry taken from residence.

Theft — 8800 block State Route 7, Proctorville, Nov. 12, copper, hot water tank, air unit taken from residence.

Burglary — 3700 block State Route 141, Ironton, Nov. 12, gun, containers of change taken from residence.
