Assault — 7500 block County Road 107, Proctorville, July 2, man alleged his employer became aggressive with him, man filed complaint with the labor board and was subsequently fired.
Domestic violence — Private Drive, Ironton, July 2, woman alleged her father and mother assaulted her, deputy reported seeing facial bruising and cuts, woman taken to St. Mary’s ER, said she didn’t want to press charges.
Breaking and entering — 100 block County Road 180, Ironton, July 3, man reported two welders missing from garage.
Petty theft — 7500 block County Road 107, Proctorville, July 2, catalytic converters taken from two cars at Genes Rome Tire and Brakes.
Intimidation — July 2, man allegedly threatened county engineer and commissioners over a slip repair project near his home.
Burglary — 80 block Township Road 510N, South Point, July 5, 42-inch TV, Xbox 360 and games taken from residence.
Assault — 300 block of the Ohio River Bank, July 5, man alleged another man accused him of stealing money and beat him when he refused to sell drugs for him, man treated for broken ribs, suspect allegedly left town.
Criminal damaging, petty theft — Ponderosa parking lot, South Point, July 8, woman reported car window smashed, purse and car registration taken.
Breaking and entering — 600 block County Road 3, Chesapeake, July 8, tools taken from garage.
Breaking and entering — Express Care, County Road 107, Proctorville, July 9, owner reported diagnostic tester taken, suspect named.
Aggravated burglary, domestic violence — 300 block Third Street East, South Point, July 4, woman alleged her ex-boyfriend entered her apartment by breaking a window and slapped her, he then allegedly dragged her out of the apartment, woman beat on neighbor’s door for help, suspect left the scene, Damien Fox, 27, of 37 Township Road 1426, South Point, arrested on July 5.
