COAL GROVE — Union workers for the Village of Coal Grove are getting a raise.
At its regular meeting Tuesday night, the village council reached an agreement with the union representing village workers.
The eight union employees will receive a 25-cent per hour increase in wages as well as a $350 signing bonus, Mayor Larry McDaniel said.
No changes to insurance have been made. The three-year contract for union workers was up this year.
