David Fisher, 19, and his sister, Connie, 12, battle the elements while walking with their grandmother, Anna Russell, after leaving Tim’s Newsstand in downtown Ironton Saturday. Cold weather kept residents indoors or bundled up in warm clothes over the weekend. The Tri-State will get lucky this week however. The 8-10 inches of snow that have buried the East Coast today will miss the Ohio Valley.
