Tim Leighty prepares his Jet Skis for his – and friends’ -Fourth of July rides. The group was heading to Leighty’s father-in-law’s riverside dock in Burlington, where family and friends planned to gather for a holiday fish fry. Eating and visiting were just two of the ways Lawrence County residents spent their holiday. Some had to add a little work to their Independence Day plans.
