Ironton Fighting Tigers junior pitcher/first baseman Chad Parker (35) reached down and away to make contact as he hits the first of two home runs in last Friday’s Division III sectional tournament baseball game. Parker pitched a six-hitter as Ironton beat Coal Grove 6-4 and now plays Wednesdat at 5 p.m. at South Webster in the sectional finals. South Webster is the third-seeded team.
