PORTSMOUTH - The Ironton Junior Fighting Tigers remained unbeaten as they routed the Portsmouth Junior Trojans 8th grade 65-16 Monday.

Brigham Waginger scored 19 points to lead Ironton. Brandon Walker had 11 points and Jared Murphy 9 as nine different players scored.

Ironton, 12-0, and hosts Ashland, Ky., at 6 p.m. Thursday in a game to determine first place in the Kentucky-Ohio Valley Conference.
