A Sept. 21 sentencing date has been set for James Steven Reinhardt, 50, of 149 Township Road 121, Proctorville.

Reinhardt pleaded guilty July 28 to charge of second-degree breaking and entering and three counts of fourth-degree felony menacing by stalking. He was arrested Sept. 9, 2004, outside the victim's residence after he left pornographic materials in the woman's car.

The victim and her family told authorities the stalking incidents had taken place for several months before they sought help and before they learned with certainty who the culprit was.
