SOUTH POINT — The Ironton post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and several motorcycle safety organizations are encouraging motorcycle riders to use good judgment when hitting the roads this summer.
The OSHP said a pre-ride inspection, including checks of tires, controls, lights, oil and fuel, chassis and side stand and center stand should be routine before each trip.
Also, troopers are increasing patrols to look for motorcyclists who are driving under the influence.
