PINE GROVE — The Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club met on the final Tuesday of September with Joyce Lewis serving as the hostess.

Club members are being reminded to bring their guests and covered dish for the annual end of the year Guest Day. Former members are also invited to the event that will be held starting at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19, in the ICC clubhouse.

The course will be set up for par 3 play followed by a potluck luncheon along with refreshments for breakfast.

During last week’s meeting, homemade refreshments were served before the members golfed. The morning prizes were won by Jami Dyer — she won two events — while Nancy Livingston and Cecilia Woods won one each.

This week’s hostess will be Pat Riggs.
