Mark Vinson Smith, 58, of Kenova, West Virginia, died Thursday, May 15, 2025, at home.

He is survived by his wife, Rhoda Ward Smith.

A memorial gathering will be 5–7 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
