Charles “Sam” Johnson, 82, of Ironton, died Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Sanctuary of Ohio Valley.

Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Haverhill Cemetery, Gallia Pike, Hanging Rock, with Pastor Kenny Webb.

There will be no public visitation.
