Pat Henry Gilkerson, 84, of South Point, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Smith Gilkerson.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Wallace Family Funeral Home, South Point, with his nephew Kevin Meenach officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point.

Visitation will be 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
