Carol Ann Shanks Fogle, 77, of Proctorville, died Monday, April 14, 2025, at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley Ironton.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, is assisting the family.
