Harvey C. Evans, 73, of South Point, died Monday, April 14, 2025, at home.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Evans and Bessie Meadows. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Pastor Dennis Romans officiating the service. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 10–11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
