Pitcher Josey Kegley pitched a 2-hitter, struck out 12 and did not walk a batter while catcher Maddy Steele went 3-4 with 2 doubles, a home run and 4 runs batted in.

Jaylen Cooper was 3-4 with 3 RBI, Madison Ross 2-3 with an RBI and Adrian Wells 2-4 to lead a 15-hit attack for Greenup County (10-2).

Aubrey Hayes and Taegan Leep were 1-2 for Fairland (0-12).
