Mary Dudding
Feb. 16, 1940–April 5, 2025
Mary Martha (Webb) Dudding, 85, of Coal Grove, passed away Friday, April 5, 2025 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
The Lawrence County native was born Feb. 16, 1940, the daughter of the late John “Boone” Webb and Bertha Mae Little Webb.
Mary was a 1958 graduate of South Point High School and was a member of Sheridan Missionary Baptist Church.
She was a retired Audiologist for Beltone Hearing Aids and formerly worked for the Ohio Department of Transportation, the Ashland Daily Independent newspaper and Presbyterian Manor Nursing Home in Huntington.
Mary worked hard all of her life but was never too busy for some family time. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and they will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Arvilla Patrick, Barbara Ann Collins, James Webb, Lindsey Webb, Bob Webb and Betty Kay Web.
Mary is survived by her children, Pam Neal, of Coal Grove, Linda “Musty” Dudding, of Ashland, Kentucky, Billy (Crystal) Dudding, of Weatherford, Texas, Bobby (Connie) Dudding, of Ironton, and Brenda Blanton, of Ironton; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren
The family of Mary would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Community Hospice of Ashland and especially to Letitia French of Abbott Home Care for the years of excellent care.
Graveside services will be noon Tuesday in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, with Pastor Roger Pierce officiating.
