Blanche E. “Punkie” O’Lynn Elliotte, 100, of Proctorville, died Friday, March 21, 2025, at home.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Dr. Rob O’Lynn and Minister Richard Tanner officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
